2(1) + 1 = 3
2(2) +1 = 5
2(3) +1 = 7
2(4)+1 = 9
2(5)+1 = 11
3+5+7+9+11 = 35
answer is 35

When n = 1, 2(1) + 1 = 3
When n = 2, 2(2) + 1 = 5
When n = 3, 2(3) + 1 = 7
When n = 4, 2(4) + 1 = 9
When n = 5, 2(5) + 1 = 11
Sum = 3 + 5 + 7 + 9 + 11 = 35
