Midpoint formula is:

(x1 + x2)/2, (y1 + y2)/2

Substitute the values.

(6 + (-3))/2, (2 + (-4))/2

Simplify by using the order of operations.

(3)/2, (-2)/2

1.5, -1

So the midpoint is (1.5, -1).
