Follow the order of operations.

First do what is inside the parenthesis

20 + 3(7+4) + 5 + 2(7+9)
20 + 3(11) + 5 + 2(16)

Next, do the multiplication

20 + 3(11) + 5 + 2(16)
20 + 33 + 5 + 32

Then add

20 + 33 + 5 + 32 = 90
