1 mile is 5280 feet.  

1 hours is 3 600 seconds  

So 25 mi/h  is   25* 5280   = 132 000 feets in 3 600 seconds.

So  :   132 000 /3 600 =   1 320 / 36 =36.66

25 mi/h≈ 36.6666 ft/s
