: Y = 1/3x - 1

:

M = y2 - y1/ x2-x1

M = 6 - (-3) / 1 - (-2)

Y = 1/3x + b

Then substitute one of the points into the equation

-2= 1/3(-3) + b

-2 + 2 + b = 1/3(-3) +b - b + 2

-b = 1/3(-3) + 2

-b = 1

b = -1

Y = 1/3x - 1

Then i plugged it into
