Answer:

If 1 basket can fit 5, how many will 2 baskets fill? It'd be twice the number of potatoes as 1 basket, so it'd be 5×2=10. So how many baskets do you need if you have 10 potatoes? You divide 10 by how many 1 basket can fill. 10÷5=2.

Now 17 potatoes fits into 1 basket. You have 190, so you take 190÷17= 11.176... That's more than 11 so we round it to 12.
