Using the quadratic formula:

16t^2-144t+H=0
t=(144±√(144^2-4*16*H))/32
t=(9/2) ±√(64(324-H))/32
t=(9/2) 
±(8√(324-H))/32
t=4.5
±0.25√(324-H)

You cannot simplify it any further with H as a variable
