Bubbles of carbondioxide and oxygen appears on the lower surface of leaf where stomata is located.

Explanation:

During the process of photosynthesis, when carbondioxide react with water in the presence of sunlight produces glucose and oxygen. Glucose is stored in different parts of plant body while oxygen is released in the atmosphere through a tiny holes called stomata. When this oxygen go through stomata, it form bubbles.
