If so, here is the solution:

You can make 4/4 = 1. So then it's the same as:

1^-3

Which is basically 1...

I think this is (4/7)^3 correct?
If so here’s the solution!

So first do 4^3 which is 64
Then do 7^3 which is 343
Thennnnn
