Step 1: Divide the rectangle into 8 equal sections

Step 2: Draw a thick line at [tex]\frac{3}{8}[/tex]

Step 3: Divide the [tex]\frac{1}{8}[/tex] in sections in half (which creates [tex]\frac{1}{16}[/tex] sections).

Step 4: Count the number of [tex]\frac{1}{16}[/tex] sections in the [tex]\frac{3}{8}[/tex] section where you drew the thick line. There are 6 of them. Half of those [tex]\bigg(\frac{3}{16}\bigg)[/tex] is where you should draw another thick line.
